When a child describes lessons as fun, it really Is delightful. We almost can’t differentiate the past two weeks because we have packed all manners of learning into every minute possible. From French Day to Space Day to Art Day to picnics at Beacon Fell and days in the Millennium, it really is great!

A huge thank you to the Harris Museum for bringing along an incredible sculpture today. Many hours of organising has gone into choosing and organising the visit from the museum.

Last Sunday, a very wise person told me that I need time to watch the grass grow. It is difficult to do this in the midst of start of year business but I actually managed to do this for part of the week. Wow, it was great!

I would like to firstly thank all the staff at our wonderful school, they make the school what it is - they are a joy to work with. Well, the sunshine is bringing many happy times and we are delighted to inform you that our young gymnasts came 1st -again! Well done to Tabitha, Thomas, Penelope, Ivy, Ethan-you were absolute stars! Thank you to Mrs Luke and Mrs Davies for training the children and supporting them with their amazing routines.
